MANY VOICES

I struggled within the powers of doubt
To see my uncovered shyness
Opened to the eyes of the chosen one
I faced the realities of truth
Which has been verified with time
In the world of humanity

I melted within her hands
Pressing down my sweat on her laid sheet
Under the cover of darkness
When the night diffused
Voices of tarantulas
To the itchy ears

I danced to her screaming tunes
When I coiled to her magical touches
Under her velvet
To block the beaming rays
From hitting on our uncovered skins

She led me into a fountain
Where million have drunk from it
And left me alone on its banks
With a broken cup
I looked around to see where she passed
But I could not see the traces of her footprints
On the soil of ancient land
I bruised my heart in agony
Wondering on the path to go
Till I heard the still voice of her waters
Falling from the cliffs of her fountain
